 Solution:-let say first five term of the AP 

a-2d,a-d,a,a+d,a+2d

According to Question,

S5=60

so, a-2d+a-d+a+a+d+a+2d=60

⇒5a=60 

⇒a=12

 Given that Sum of first 5 terms of arithmetic progression is 60 .

so S5=60

we know that Sn=n/2(a+an)

use this formula,

5/2(a+an)=60

a+an=60×2/5

an=24-a
