Solve x-y=7 x+y=11

 Solution:- Given that x-y=7 ...... (i) 

                                   x+y=11.......... (ii) 

From (i) and (ii) we get,

2x=18, 

x=18/2                

x=9 

Again Value of x put in equation (ii) we get,      

9+y=11

y=11-9

y=2

Hence value of x and y is 9 and 2.
