Rational number
The set of Natural number, whole number,integer, fraction is called Rational number.
The standard form of Rational number
⇒standard form =p/q, Here p and q are integers and q is not equal to zero.
⇒ p and q have no common factor other than 1.
set of rational number is {-2, -1,0 ,1,2/3, 3/2,5,10 etc}
Example-1: 4/5
⇒4/5, here 4 and 5 are integers and 5 is not equal to zero.
⇒ 4 and 5 have no common factor other than 1.
Hence 4/5 is a Rational number.
Example-1: 6/7
⇒6/7, here 6 and 7 are integers and 7 is not equal to zero.
⇒ 6 and 7 have no common factor other than 1.
Hence 6/7 is a Rational number.
